How can I reset my password?
To reset your password, please follow these steps
- Click on "Reset Password" to reset it.
- Enter your email address associated with your Raisin profile then click “Email me a reset link.”
- Look for a password reset link in your email. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
- Follow the link provided in the email to choose a new password and complete the process.
Note:
- The password reset link is only valid for 10 minutes
- You may only complete the password reset process once a day (every 24 hours)
Troubleshooting Steps to consider
- Multiple Browser Tabs: Ensure you are not logged into Raisin on multiple browser tabs simultaneously. Close all open Raisin tabs.
- Clear Cache and Cookies: Outdated cached data or cookies may interfere with the website's functionality. Clear your browser's cache and cookies through the settings menu or within your app management.
- Update Browser: Ensure your browser is up-to-date. You can visit https://www.whatismybrowser.com/ and determine if your browser needs to be updated. Outdated browsers can interfere with the website’s functionality.
- Incognito/Private Browsing: Attempt to log in to raisin.com using your browser's incognito or private browsing mode. This will help determine if a browser extension or setting is causing the problem.
- VPN or Work Network: Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) or workplace networks can sometimes restrict access to certain websites. If you are using one of these, check with your service provider or IT department to ensure that Raisin is not being blocked.
- Password Manager Settings: If you use a password manager, verify that the saved credentials for Raisin are up-to-date. An outdated password can prevent successful login.
If you continue to encounter issues and these steps are not working, please reach out to customer support for further assistance. An administrator may need to unlock your account. Please note, you must email us from the same email address that is associated with your Raisin profile.
How to clear your Cache and Cookie data on Chrome
- Open Chrome
- Click More in the top right corner
- Select Clear browsing data
- Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
- Choose a time range, such as Last hour or All time
- Click Delete data
You can also clear your cache and cookies by using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Delete.
How to clear your Cache and Cookie data on Safari
- Open Safari
- click the Safari menu
- then Settings
- Click Privacy
- Then Manage Website Data.
- Select one or more websites
- Click Remove or Remove All
On an iPhone: Go to Settings > Apps > Safari > Tap Clear History and Website Data.
How to clear your Cache and Cookie data on Microsoft Edge
- Open Microsoft Edge
- Click the Menu (three dots) in the upper right corner
- Select Settings
- Click Privacy, search, and services on the left-side menu
- Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear
- Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
- Click Clear now
- Close Microsoft Edge completely for your changes to take effect
You can also clear your cache and cookies using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Del.
Account Locked
If you enter incorrect credentials five or more times, your account will be automatically locked, which will prevent any further login attempts. If you require assistance to unlock your account, please contact us HERE for help in resetting your login attempts.
Multi-Factor Authentication
To ensure successful verification, please wait 30 minutes before requesting a new SMS verification code. Submitting multiple requests within a short period may cause code delivery delays or invalid codes.
