How can I add a beneficiary to my Raisin product(s)?

To request the addition of a beneficiary or beneficiaries to your Raisin products, please use the following steps:

Mobile App version

1. Log into the Raisin mobile app
2. Select ‘Settings’ (gear icon)
3. Click into ‘View my profile’
4. Scroll down to “Beneficiaries’ and click on the pencil tool next to ‘Change’
5. This step will generate a “Submit a request” form
6. Complete the required* fields 
7. Select to “Submit” your request

Note: Step 4 you may click on the link to view the ‘account overview page’ to reference current beneficiaries. 

Website version

1. Visit raisin.com and select ‘Log in’ located at the top right
2. Enter your email address and associated password
3. Click ‘My account’ 
4. Select ‘Account settings’ from the drop-down
5. Scroll down to “Beneficiaries’ and click on the pencil tool next to ‘Change’
6. This step will generate a “Submit a request” form
7. Complete the required* fields 
8. Select to “Submit” your request

Note: Step 5 you may click on the link to view the ‘account overview page’ to reference current beneficiaries. 

Once you have submitted your beneficiary form, we kindly ask that you please allow up to three business days for our customer service team to complete your request. Upon completion, you will receive a follow up email to confirm your newly added beneficiary. 

ATTENTION:

1. A benefit of registering a beneficiary or beneficiaries on your deposit account(s) will be to avoid funds going into probate, where your survivor(s) would be unable to access any funds on our platform.
2. If you have defined a beneficiary or beneficiaries for an account you have through the Raisin platform, that instruction takes precedence over any other will & trust that may be defined for your estate.
