Q:Why am I getting an error that my computer clock is incorrect and I can’t log in?
A: Raisin uses secure connections to keep your account safe. If the date and time on your device are wrong, it can block the secure login process and cause an error.
This is a common issue and easy to fix!
If you’re on a computer (Windows or Mac):
Make sure your system is set to automatically update the date and time.
On Windows:
- Click the Start menu and open Settings.
- Go to Time & Language.
- Make sure “Set time automatically” is turned ON.
On Mac:
- Open System Settings (or System Preferences).
- Click Date & Time.
- Turn ON “Set date and time automatically.”
If you're using a mobile device:
Make sure your phone is set to update time automatically.
On iPhone:
- Go to Settings > General > Date & Time.
- Turn ON “Set Automatically.”
On Android:
- Go to Settings > System > Date & Time.
- Turn ON “Use network-provided time.”
Once your date and time are correct, go back and try logging in again.
