Account eligibility requirements

The raisin account owner must be the primary account owner of a single or joint US-based checking or savings account.
The raisin account owner should have full legal rights to the funds in the reference account.
Business/corporate, trust or estate accounts are not accepted.

Before submitting your request, please be aware of the following security measurements

• Your request must be reviewed and verified by our Customer Service team. They will get in touch with you within 2 business days to verify your identity.
• Once you have set your new account details, you may need to wait up to 60 days before you change your reference account again.
