To update any personal information, like name, address, phone number, or email:
Step 1: Open Your Account Settings
- Log into your Raisin account
- Click the Profile Icon (round button with your initials) or 3 horizontal lines in to top right corner
- Select Account Settings
Step 2: Select Edit Next to the Info You Want to Change
- Scroll to Profile Details or Contact Information
- Select the Edit button to the right
Step 3: Fill out the Webform
In the form that opens:
- Select the type of info you want to update from the drop-down menu.
- Enter your current/old details and your new (updated) details.
- Provide a brief reason for the update (e.g., "Switching landline to a mobile phone" or "Just got married and changed my name").
Click Submit.
Customer service will complete the update, or email you if additional information is required, within three business days.
