What Is “Remember This Device”?

When you check “Remember This Device” during login, your device is marked as trusted.

That means you won’t be asked for an MFA (multi-factor authentication) code each time you sign in on that device.

Note: MFA will still apply if you log in from a new or untrusted device.

1. Will this help reduce repeated MFA prompts at every login?
   • Yes. Enabling “Remember This Device” reduces how often you’re asked for MFA codes. Once your device is marked as trusted, you won’t need to complete MFA every time you log in.How can I remove a remembered device?
      
2. You can remove trusted devices anytime:
   • Account Settings → Device Management → Select Device → Remove Access
      
3. What happens after I click “Remove Access”?
   • That device will no longer be trusted, and MFA will be required the next time you use it to log in.
      
4. Can Customer Service remove devices for me?
   • Yes. If you need help removing a device, our Customer Service team assist with clearing trusted devices  
      
5. What should I do if I see a device I don’t recognize?
   • Remove the device from your trusted device list.
   • Reset your password right away.
   • Check your account activity for any unfamiliar transactions.
   • Contact Customer Service if you’re unsure or notice anything suspicious.
      
6. Why am I still getting MFA prompts even after checking “Remember This Device”?
   • You’re using incognito/private browsing.
   • Your cache & cookies were cleared.
   • You’re logging in from a different browser, app, or device.
   • Your device recently had a major software update.
