Emails
To opt out of promotional emails, click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing message from news@us-news.raisin.com. If you can’t locate a recent email, contact Customer Service at 844-994-EARN (3276) or support.us@raisin.com, and our team will process your request. Please allow 7–10 business days for changes to take effect.
Push Notifications
In the Raisin app, tap the Profile icon in the bottom menu to open Settings. Under Control center, select Communication to toggle push notifications on or off.
