To request a change to the bank you have linked with Raisin, log in to the platform, and click "My Account" under Account Settings.
In the Reference Account section click "change", provide necessary details on the form, including any required documents and submit the form . A member of the customer service team will review your account and respond.
When accessing the feature on the app, click "View my Profile" under Settings, Click "change" for Reference Account, provide necessary details on the form, including any required documents and submit the form.

You can request to change your linked (reference) bank account directly from your Raisin account.
