Incorrect numbers?
Verify your 9-digit routing number (use the ACH routing number found on a check, not a wire transfer number) and account number.
Name mismatch?
The external bank account must be a personal checking or savings account held in your name.
Unsupported account type?
Business accounts, trust accounts and brokerage accounts cannot be linked.
