To successfully connect a bank account to your Raisin profile, whether during sign-up or when updating your account, the external bank account must meet the following criteria:
- Ownership: The account must be in your name as a primary or joint account owner.
- Account Category: It must be a personal account (business, trust, corporate, or organizational accounts are not supported).
- Account Type: It must be a standard checking or savings account (401(k)s, HSAs, brokerage accounts, and credit cards cannot be linked).
- Institution Support: It must be from an established US-based financial institution.
What if my account is not accepted?
If your primary choice cannot be verified or isn't supported, please try linking an established personal checking or savings account from another institution where you are listed as a primary or joint owner.
