How do I change or update my external account?

You can update your external account at any time from your Raisin profile settings.

Step-by-step instructions:

1. Log into your Raisin account via the app or website. Click the profile icon (with your initials) in the top menu and select Account Settings.

2. Find your External Account details and select Change External Account.

3. Review the timeline details and click Continue. 

4. For your security, Raisin will send a 6-digit verification code to your email address on file. Enter the code and click Confirm.

5. Choose how you would like to connect your new bank:

   • Instant Verification with Plaid: Log into your bank directly through Plaid’s secure portal for real-time verification.

   • Manual Verification: Enter your new bank’s routing and account numbers manually.

6. After finishing the bank linking step, customers must confrim the change by completing a final Phone Number Security Verification to lock in the change.
