No. An external bank account can only be linked to one Raisin account at a time. Even if two customers are joint owners on the same external bank account, they cannot both connect that exact same account to two different Raisin account.
If a second user attempts to link an external account that is already connected to another active Raisin account, the verification attempt will fail.
