Processing Timelines
Transfers at Raisin process according to standard timelines. When you transfer, keep these three key rules in mind:
- Daily Cut-Off: The processing deadline for all transactions is 3:30 PM ET. Anything initiated after 3:30 PM ET will begin processing the following business day.
- Business Days Only: Transfers only process Monday through Friday, excluding federal banking holidays.
- Cash Account Hub: Whenever you move money between savings products or out of the Raisin platform to a Linked Bank Account, funds must pass through your Cash Account.
Transfers From Saving Accounts to Cash Account:
High Yield Savings Account & Money Movement Deposit Account to Cash Account: Instantly available
CD Maturity, Renewal Preferences, & Early Withdrawals: 1 – 2 business days
Transfers to New Product:
Cash Account to New Product: 1 business day
Transfers to Linked Bank Account:
Transfers from the Cash Account to Linked Bank Account: 1 – 2 business days
Transfers From Linked Bank Accounts:
Transfers from Linked Bank Accounts to the Cash Account or Savings Products: 1 - 2 business days. Upon arrival, New funds are subject to a standard 2-business-day security hold, during which time they cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another product.
