Here's how to make each type of transaction and what to expect:
- Deposits - move money into a savings product
From your dashboard, select the savings product that you want to fund and choose Deposit. You can fund it either from your Cash Account balance or a linked external bank account.
- Withdraw to your Cash Account - move money out of a savings product
Select the savings product holding your funds and choose Withdraw. The money will be available in your Cash Account instantly if withdrawing from a high-yield savings account or money market account. If withdrawing from a CD, allow 1 - 2 days for processing.
- Transfer Out - move money from your Cash Account to your external bank
In your Cash Account, select Transfer Out and choose your linked external account. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for the funds to settle.
