On federal holidays, commercial banks and the Federal Reserve are closed, which pauses transfer processing and settlement.
- Cutoff Times: Our standard daily cutoff for transfers is 3:30 PM Eastern Time (ET).
- Pre-Holiday Requests: Any transfer request submitted after 3:30 PM ET on the business day before a holiday will begin processing on the next business day following the holiday.
- Processing Buffer: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days for funds to clear around federal holidays.
Observed Federal Holidays
If a holiday falls on a weekend, banks and the Federal Reserve may observe it on the preceding Friday or the following Monday.
